Unit comes with one complimentary FREE PARKING for one car. 6'3" is the clearance. Keep in mind, parking in Waikiki is scarce, not to mention about $50 a night, here it's complimentary with your stay with us.
COMPLIMENTARY AMENITIES:
This unit includes the complimentary amenities of a pool, hot tub, and an extra laundry floor in the building. Unit is completely renovated, granite counter tops, throughout. The only unit in the whole building to have a private washer/dryer in unit. You won't need to go up and down the elevator with multiple loads to the 3rd floor. You can do it right in the comfort of your room. Have the lavishness of cooking at home. Condo includes a new microwave, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, hot kettle, blender, mini rice cooker and a refrigerator. With ample cups, dishes and cooking supplies. High quality towels, steam iron, and hair dryer with ample beach towels. Extra bedding and pillows are available in unit. The unit also comes with a queen bed, queen mattress! The unit also comes with, A/C, Wi-Fi, and cable. Don’t forget The View!
COMPLIMENTARY SUPPLIES:
We will include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. No fabric softener allowed. Beyond our starter package, our guests are expected to manage their refills.
COMPLIMENTARY BEACH GEAR
We provide 1 complimentary body board, 2 pair of fins, 2 pairs of basic snorkels, two lounge chairs, beach towels. All this together in a body board bag, you may take with you while on the beach.
CHECK IN TIME: 3:00pm or after.
CHECK OUT TIME:
Our Checkout time is later than most. It's at 11am, we want guests to enjoy their time even on their last day.
ACTIVITIES NEARBY:
This unit is just A BLOCK away from the beach. Hilton Hawaiian lagoons and all the beaches that surround the Duke Kahanamoku boardwalk. If you follow the Duke Kahanamoku boardwalk, you will find yourself right in the center of Waikiki. This unit is also two blocks away from Ala Moana Center. Two blocks away from Ala Moana Beach Park, and Magic Island Lagoon.
FRIDAY NIGHT FIREWORKS:
EVERY Friday there will be fireworks at 8pm. You can view them from the comfort of your room. Also, the fireworks can be viewed at the Hilton Hawaiian Lagoons. Just a block away from your room. We recommend this option, for a memorable experience. An ALOHA spirit treat only in Hawaii.
GROCERY STORES:
There is a 24-hour ABC store right next to the building. Around the corner a grocery store.
RESTAURANTS:
Many restaurants nearby, local food trucks and
beaches across the street.
BUILDING ACCESS:
All guests have access to the complimentary pool and hot tub. Also, the complimentary BBQ area and the complimentary private tennis court. There is also complimentary vending machines located on the 2nd and 4th floor. Additional to the complimentary laundry facility located on the 3rd and 4th floor.
PARKING GARAGE:
Sharp turn when turning into condo alley, be mindful and prepared.
Watch for cars coming in and out of garage, use mirrors.

WASHER and DRYER USAGE:
If using dryer, vent is by the sink and lint may come out of vent. Don't leave anything on top of sink that might get dirty.
REMOTE CONTROLLERS:
When using remote, small control is for complimentary VIZIO TV, you may log into your Netflix, Hulu etc.
Complimentary Cable will be provided, use VIZIO remote, click on input, choose HDMI 3 (....), cable should appear, use cable control to navigate.
Vizio controls the volume.
